PRINCE2 Combi Course

The PRINCE2® Combi training includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner certifications. Both the PRINCE2 Foundation exam and the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam are included. Candidates can benefit from a reduction on the total price by choosing the Combi training.

The PRINCE2 Combi course consists of two courses: the PRINCE2 Foundation and the PRINCE2 Practitioner course.

The PRINCE2 Foundation certification aims to ensure that a candidate can act as an informed member and contributor of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method, within an environment supporting PRINCE2.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner certification aims to ensure that a candidate can apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a range of different project environments and scenarios.

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:

  • Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2
  • Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
  • Understand the importance of people in successful projects
  • Understand the PRINCE2 practices and how they are applied throughout the project
  • Understand the PRINCE2 processes and how they are carried out throughout the project
  • Pass the PRINCE2 Foundation exam
  • Understand how to apply the PRINCE2 principles in context
  • Understand how to apply effective people management in projects
  • Understand how to apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 practices in context
  • Understand how to apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2 processes in context
  • Pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam

PRINCE2 Foundation Exam:

  • 1 hour
  • 60 questions
  • Objective Test Questions
  • 60% pass mark
  • Closed book

PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam:

  • 2,5 hours
  • 70 questions
  • Objective Test Questions
  • 60% pass mark
  • Open book (PRINCE2 manual only)

Upon successful completion of each exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.

It is desirable but not essential that participants have some work-experience on projects. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course.

The material includes the official manual*, case study, exercises and solutions, the PRINCE2 Glossary, test-exams and hints & tips for both the Foundation & Practitioner Examinations.

*Digital manual for virtual courses, paper manual for classroom courses.
