Train the Trainer Program
The training of new trainers focusses on achieving the right mix of competencies (skills, knowledge and attitudes, also called SKA profile) for being able to perform well as a trainer. The ‘train-the-trainer’ activities to achieve this SKA profile are organized in a repeating, cyclical process of preparing, performing and evaluating, until the new trainer has achieved the aspired SKA profile and is ready for accreditation. Ideally, the new trainer should be able to apply for accreditation in 2 to 3 courses.
ROLE DESCRIPTION

A talented (competitive and trustworthy) Sales Executive helping us build up our business activities in Belgium.
You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .
A passionate for the “art” of Sales and will have experience and dedication relationship building;
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The ability and willingness to travel is required.
SKILLS

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, able to undertake a variety of responsibilities including delivery of training, leading students to certification and implementing Best Practices.
