Ángel Águeda Barrero

Trainer and Consultant in Project, Agile and Change Management

Ángel is a projects, programs and portfolios management expert with over 4,000 hours of training and dozens of companies satisfied with his work as a consultant.
Ángel has over 25 years of experience in software development and implementation of business solutions. He has worked for Microsoft, ING, Siebel and Informática, El Corte Inglés, among other companies in Argentina, Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland.
Ángel likes to share his experience and eclectic vision of Project Management through his blog.

Claudio Restaino

Trainer and Consultant in IT Governance and Service Management

As trainer and consultant with over 16 years of experience in different branches of industries (finance, retail, telco and public administration) Claudio delivered IT solutions as well as sales/marketing projects.
As a trainer his main objective is to combine this personal experience with his rigorous knowledge of ITIL, to offer the trainee a practical view on how to use its elements on a daily basis in his or her services.
As a consultant he considers it a personal goal to successfully introduce, implement and embed ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 27001 best practice methods for managing organisational change initiatives in every aspect. David Maegerman

Trainer and Consultant in Project and Agile Management

David has over 10 years of Project Management experience, performing various roles in different types of projects. As a Project Manager, he delivered IT solutions as well as sales/marketing projects in the distribution and insurance industry. He’s a multilingual trainer for PRINCE2 and Agile Project Management, able to perform courses in English, Dutch and French.
David worked in different industries (Distribution, IT, Banking & Insurance) before becoming a full time trainer / coach. During those first business experiences, he worked in business functions and was a part time project manager delivering projects in IT, marketing, product development and process improvement. At the same time, he also developed a passion to let other people grow by developing their skills by performing internal trainings.
It is also during that period that he discovered that collaboration in change initiatives (Projects, Programmes…) is not as easy as it seems and that a structured and transparent way of working quickly increases the success of delivery of those initiatives. This is the reason why he made a career change and started to train the people in both project methodologies skills and communication/leadership skills. It’s the combination of both that makes all the difference in being a good or excellent project manager.
Next to his job, David is passionate about health and nutrition. He coaches people to develop a healthy Active lifestyle in order to increase personal performance on happiness.

Fabio Savarino

Georges de Wasseige

Glòria Segura Espiell

Trainer & Consultant in Project, IT Services and Agile Management

Glòria studied industrial engineering and she has been working for more than 25 years in IT world, with 20 years of experience in IT consultancy working as a consultant, project manager and service manager, in the ERP area mainly.
Nowadays she is focused in doing trainings and assessments in Project Management and IT Service Management areas. She is combining the trainings in QRP with trainings in several universities and business schools. She is also assessor for APMG and Spanish subject matter expert of the PPM portfolio for AXELOS.
Glòria is certified in PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile, MSP, ITIL, LITA, COBIT and PMP.
After several hard experiences managing projects and services, she discovered these best practices, very helpful in order to manage projects and services in a better way, achieving more success and at the same time allowing an easier life for the project and service managers ;-)
On the other hand, Glòria is a musician born in a city close to Barcelona. She plays early music in a recorder quartet, and she is doing musical performances for schools as well.

Jeff Ball

Trainer and Consultant in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management

Jeff is a project management specialist with over 20 years of experience. He has delivered change initiatives in manufacturing, trading and banking companies. As Project Manager, Jeff has delivered end-to-end IT projects in challenging multi-cultural environments; as Programme Manager, he managed the worldwide Y2K initiative for NEC Computers; as PMO manager, he secured the success of a complex 10-country ERP programme with a 70-strong team, supported by a PMO of 10 people.
Jeff also have an innovative approach to methods… Long before the birth of Agile, he explored alternatives to waterfall methods. In the 80’s, Jeff built a commodity trading system using rapid prototyping methods. In the 90’s, he managed a global project, using time-boxes and MoSCoW prioritisation.
The strongest asset of Jeff is his practical approach to methods… making them work, he has implemented gate-process methods for several major organisations. He has also a deep knowledge of PM software tools… he built one. Jeff lives now in Angers, on the Loire valley in western France. He is writing a book on bringing ideas from Lean Manufacturing into Project Management.

Luc Ceyssens

Luc has more than 32 years of experience in the computer world of which 7 years in the direction of a computer service of a big hospital institution ( 1400 beds, 4500 collaborators) and 4 years in the direction of a computer service in the social sector.
His personal project: in the IT domain, the management in the broad sense and transverse of the term, as long at the level of the contents (strategic and organizational vision, projects) that resources (human and technical), rather in the sector of optimization of the processes.
Luc has a great Experience in the social, medical and hospital sectors, in team and department management, in program and project management. He is also expert in implementing the project management method in an organization and has the ability to tailor the methodology to the particular context of the Organization. Specialising in databanks and analytical methods.
His domains of predilection: Information Security Advisor, Audit of information systems, Interim Management, Program management and project management, Accompaniment and coaching and PRINCE2.
Luc is Certified in ITIL, PRINCE2, P3O and ISO27001 lead auditor. He takes a real pleasure in observing an increase in the maturity of an organization in project management when implementing PRINCE2.

Niels van Bemmelen
