HERMES 5 Foundation Course

The HERMES Foundation course is designed for people who require a general level of HERMES 5 understanding.

HERMES Foundation course aims to ensure that a candidate understands the principles and terminology of the HERMES 5 method.
The course provides an overview of the instruments provided by HERMES 5. Participants will learn how to adapt the method to the requirements of their projects.

Following the completion of the course participants should:

  • Know the basic contents and tools of HERMES 5
  • Know the phase model and the decision-making processes
  • Understand the method elements of HERMES 5
  • Be able to adapt the method to the requirements of your projects
  • Have an overview of the processes, tasks and results of a HERMES 5 project using the service/product scenari
  • Be fully prepared for the HERMES certification exam
  • Pass the HERMES Foundation exam

It is desirable, but not essential, that participants have some work-experience on projects. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read before attending the course.
