QRP International gets high customer satisfaction!
QRP International has obtained the QFor certification that confirms its good relationship with its customers.
2012 started for QRP International with a client audit of its Belgian activities. During two weeks an important part of its customers were interviewed on different subjects, starting from the moment they started the relationship with QRP till now, covering the satisfaction level about the trainer, pre course communication, course material, pricing, relationship management, execution and general impression.
QRP International is very pleased to announce that they have obtained this quality label and passed with a high score of 91 %, which is above the average within the sector. This means that customers of QRP International in Belgium are very satisfied about the organization and the provided services.
