Jacobus Groot / Managing Director


Jacobus Groot, Managing Director, founded QRP in 2000.

He started his professional career in the 1994 as service marketing manager for Fokker Aircreft B.V.,
a Dutch aircraft company. From 1996 to 1998 has worked as project manager
for Vodafone- Holland being involved in the GSM900 Network improvement for several providers such as Ericsson.
From 1998 to 2000 worked for Norconsult Telematics, as commercial and technical manager for GSM network extension.

Jacobus Groot has a Master in International Management from State University of Maastricht (Holland).


Vincenzo Imerti / Lead PRINCE2 Trainer


Vincenzo Imerti is PRINCE2 Lead trainer, responsible for the development and update of the QRP International accredited PRINCE2 Material.

He started his professional career in 2001 as international Support Analyst at IBM. From 2004  to 2007 has worked as Logistic planner for Esso. Before joining QRP International in 2008, Vincenzo has worked at The Bank of New York as RM support.

He is a multilingual trainer able to perform courses in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
Vincenzo Imerti has a BA (Hons) Modern Languages and International Studies from the University Of Salford (UK).

Laurent Louboutin / Lead ITIL Trainer


Laurent Louboutin  is ITIL Lead trainer, responsible for the development and update of the ITIL Material.

He started his professional career in 2001 as Service Desk Analyst at IBM. From 2003  to 2008  he has worked as Project Manager, Technical Project lead and Service Desk Team Leader at Shell IT International.

He is an accredited PRINCE2 trainer too, able to perform courses in English, Italian, French and Spanish.

Laurent Louboutin has a Masters in History and Politics from the University Haute-Bretagne (France).


Jeff Ball / Lead P3O Trainer


Jeff Ball is P3O, PRINCE2, MSP and MoP Lead trainer, responsible for the development and update of the P3O Material.

He is has 25 years of Project and Programme management experience. He has set up P3O structures at NEC Computers and Fortis Bank; and managed Programme offices for major enterprise transformation programmes at NEC Computers and BNP Investment Partners.

He is a multilingual trainer also for PRINCE2, MSP and MoP, able to perform courses in English, and French.

Jeff Ball has a BA (Hons) in Computational Science from the University Of Leeds (UK) and is a UK government certified teacher (PGCE, University of Liverpool).


Michelangelo Carbone / Operation and Finance Manager


Michelangelo Carbone is responsible for Operations and Finance in QRP.

He joined QRP in 2004 with the task of managing the Italian marketing activities of the group.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked for the international expansion of QRP with coordination and support of marketing activities  in France, Spain and Sweden.

He has a BA,  Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University.


Donatello Partipilo / Country Manager Italy


Donatello Partipilo is Country Manager Italy in QRP International.

He joined QRP in 2006 as marketing and sales manager  Italy.

From 2008 to actual, works for the QRP expansion coordinating and supporting marketing activities for Swiss and Romanian market.

Has a BA in Marketing from Thames Valley University London.


Giacomo Casarico / Marketing Assistant Italy


Giacomo Casarico  is Country Manager Assistant Italy.

He joined the QRP team in February 2011 in order to support the Italian market growth.

Has  a master degree in Economics and International Finance at the University of Milan.






Mathilde Lambert / Country Manager France


Mathilde Lambert is country manager France in QRP.

She joined QRP in 2007 to set up the its subsidiary in Paris and she is now in charge of Following lead Clients over France and Switzerland , monitoring marketing activities to increase brand awareness and definition of single strategies of operational marketing.

She has a Master in International Trade from IAE in Lille.




Elise Del Piero / Marketing Assistant France


Elise Del Piero is marketing assistant within QRP France.

 She joined the QRP team in February 2011 in order to support the French market growth.

 She has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Montpellier International Business School as well as a Business Economics Bachelor degree from the University of Padua.



Maarten Dauwe / Country Manager Belgium & Luxembourg


Maarten Dauwe is responsible for the QRP International market in Belgium and Luxembourg.

He started his professional career in 2004 at Dexia Bank as a commercial employee to grow soon into an advising function.  Later he became investment advisor for wealthy private clients.  After six years experience in banking, he joined in 2010 QRPInternational in his actual function.

Maarten Dauwe has a Master in Economics from the Ehsal Management School in Brussels.




Ermalda Prendi / Country Manager Spain


Ermalda Prendi is Country Manager Spain in QRP.

She joined QRP in 2008 with the task of marketing assistant. Now she is in charge of marketing activities and coordination of training services in Spain.

She has a degree in International Science and European Institutions from University of Insubria in Como.



Irene Nielsen / Regional Marketing Manager Scandinavia


Irene Nielsen is Regional Marketing Manager Scandinavia for QRP International.

She joined QRP in August 2011 and she is in charge of marketing activities and coordination of training services in the Scandinavian Countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. 


Irene Nielsen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in "Economics and Business Administration” from Copenhagen Business School and she has a Double Master of Science Degree within the fields of Economics and Management from Università Bocconi, Milan-Italy and Copenhagen Business School, Copenhagen-Denmark.


Eliana Tettamanti / Marketing and Administration Assistant


Eliana Tettamanti is Marketing and Administration Assistant.

She joined the QRP team in November 2011 in order to support the International market.

She has a Bachelor Marketing and Business Communication at the Milan University as well as a Communication degree from the John Cabot University in Rome.
