ITIL Combi Course and Certification

QRP International offers the full one week ITIL® COMBI session to those candidates willing to be trained and certified for the level Foundation and Practitioner during a five day course.

This unique training week includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner examinations and candidates can benefit from a reduction of 15 % on the total price.

The ITIL Combi Training is divided in two sessions: 3 days ITIL Foundation  and 2 days Practitioner course as follow:


The ITIL® Foundation level ensures that a candidatehas gained knowledge of the ITIL terminology, structure and basic concepts and has comprehended the core principles of ITIL practices for service management.  This level is not intended to enable the participants to apply the ITIL practices for service management without further guidance.
The ITIL® Practitioner level aims to equip professionals with the essential skills to apply ITIL concepts in their organization. This certification provides the practical elements to complement ITIL guidance, comprising of key skills for how to start adopting and adapting ITIL within an organization.

  • Apply the CSI approach to manage improvements in a given organizational context
  • Use metrics and measurement to enable continual service improvement
  • Communicate effectively to enable continual service improvement
  • Apply organizational change management to support continual service improvement
  • Pass the ITIL Practitioner exam.

ITIL Foundation Exam

  • Multiple choice
  • 65% pass mark
  • Closed book

ITIL Practitioner Exam

  • 1.45 hour
  • 40 questions
  • Objective Test
  • 70% pass mark
  • Open book (Official ITIL Practitioner manual only)

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from APMG International.

Prerequisit

It is desirable but not essential that participants have some understanding of IT Service Management. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the event and is expected to be fully read before attending the course.
